The Italian association of Science Writers in Italy has opened the call for proposals for the programme of its 2021 annual meeting, that will be hosted by the European Gravitational Observatory in Cascina, near Pisa.

The meeting will take place in the week-end of 16-17 october, and will be in person – in limited numbers – if the epidemiological situation allows it; otherwise it will be fully online.

The event will be in Italian, but the programme committee is considering proposals for panels in English, possibly hybrid with remote panelists, to encourage the participation of colleagues from abroad.

Deadline for submissions is Monday 6 September at 12:00.
